Pray that they may have a heart open to God, and His plan for them.
 
Lord Jesus Christ, I pray that you protect and watch over all the seminarians in Your Holy Church. Grant them the grace to choose to follow you absolutely, love their brothers, and faithfully serve your people. Kindle in their hearts a fire for evangelization, and a total openness to your Holy Spirit. May they yearn to be in your Eucharistic presence, have a sincere devotion to your mother Mary, and steadfast loyalty to your Church. Give them the desire to pick up their cross daily for the greater glory of God. Amen.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
