It’s that time of year—students are going back to school already, or they are already in school. My brother and I are going back this Wednesday, the thirty-first.

Please pray with me for students in general, for any children, grandchildren, or other relatives you have going into school for this year, and (maybe? :D) for my brother and myself.

Just a few saints who might help with their education-related patronages listed:

Sts. Cosmas and Damian (protection of children, children),
St. Thomas Aquinas (academics, schools, scholars, students, universities, etc),
St. Joseph of Cupertino (learning disabilities, test-taking),
St. Catherine of Alexandria (schoolchildren),

Prayer for Students

Lord our God,
in Your wisdom and love
You surround us with the mysteries of the universe.
Send your Spirit upon these students
and fill them with Your wisdom and blessings.
Grant that they may devote themselves to their studies
and draw ever closer to You,
the source of all knowledge.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
