For America and the upcoming elections

I think it would be wise if we all asked for the intercession of Mary and Jesus to guide our country back to God, particularly as the elections are coming up, and horrible, pro-choice, pro-gay, etc. candidates may well grab the reins of this country and steer us into an anti-Christian, anti-God country…
 
Lord I ask in prayer that you change the hearts and minds of all the candidates to be Catholic Christian minded in their views and to not be swayed by gay or abortion groups . Lord let our candidates see the truth and be loving and compassionate Christian men and women in their hearts and minds . Lord let the voters be filled with God’s love and vote with the mind and love of "OUR SAVIOUR JESUS CHRIST " in their HEARTS . thank you Lord , in the name of Jesus Christ , amen . Everyone keep this prayer in your prayers . thanks , John

you guide everything in wisdom and love.
Accept the prayers we offer for our nation;
by the wisdom of our leaders and
integrity of our citizens, may harmony
and justice be secured and may
there be lasting prosperity and peace.

Almighty and eternal God,
you know the longings of men’s hearts
and you protect their rights.
In your goodness
watch over those we place in authority,
so that people in this nation may continue
freedom, security, and peace.

Too late—we’re already an anti-Christian, anti-God country. But yes, we should all pray.

Seems the same could be said about most of the western world (Australia included) - doesn’t mean it has to stay that way!

Praying that God’s hand guides us all in the upcoming elections.
 
Will be keeping America in prayer…along with Australia - our Federal Elections are in December…
