For an End to Mother's Suffering

Dear Avila,

Your Mom, you, and your Mom’s caregivers both at the nursing home and from the Family is each in my prayers. Please do let the caregivers at the nursing home know for they many times appreciate it.

I know it is very difficult, but take one minute at a time and enjoy the good moments with your Mom.

Take good care of yourself. God bless you.

Lord Jesus, come to the aid of Maria, help and renew her; give her the joy only You can give. Please strengthen her Family giving to each what You know each needs. Guide each of the caregivers and give them the wisdom, knowledge, and strength to do what is best for Maria and her Family. Take good care of them, Lord, for they take care of those who cannot take care of themselves.

Hold the sorrowful, strengthen the fearful,
give aid to all needing help or healing,
assist those who are sick, in pain or suffering,
be with those needing peace, console the lonely,
comfort the lost or hopeless, guard the unborn,
pray for those who are dying or who have died,
soften those with hardened hearts,
enlighten those who do not yet see truth,
help us be brave enough to let our hurt and anger go,
show us the way to do the right thing,
protect those who are in danger,
and guide us from every evil.
May all who keep your sacred commemoration
experience the might of your assistance.

Thank you for your prayers for my mother, she is heading back into one of her periods where she is suffering a lot from a combination of confusion and frustration.

Lord Jesus, please alleviate Maria’s suffering and clear her mind. Lord, I can imagine the frustration Maria must be feeling! Let Your glance fall upon her and all who love and are caring for her. Heal her and give Avila, the whole family and the caregivers every single thing each needs.
