Wonderful book:
Mystical Body, Mystical Voice: Encountering Christ in the Words of the Mass by Christopher Carstens and Douglas Martis.
They also have DVD program at www.mbmv.org.
I know a lot of CAF people were plenty prepared, but not everyone is. Maybe now that the translation is here, others might want a resource.
This book and study is much more in-depth than the little booklets and bulletin inserts.
