Friends on CAF, I have torn the meniscus in my knee in two places and will be having arthroscopic day surgery on it tomorrow. Please pray for the hands of the surgeons to be guided to do what is needed and all the support staff to do their jobs well.

Also for rapid healing.

Thanks everyone!

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen

Holy Mother of God, please watch over Brenda during her surgery. Guide the hands of the surgeon and nurses that will care for her. Please grant her a safe surgery and speedy recovery, without any complications. Amen.

Dear Brenda, you surely have a lot of pain with such an injury. May God guide the surgeon to ensure the surgery is successful. I pray that although you take great care as you recover, that you can mentally displace most of the pain. May God use this time to give you extra spiritual blessings, Trishie 🙂

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thine intercession was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother; to thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me.

Amen.

Thank you everyone. Surgery went well. I am still on crutches but will be off of them by Sunday. I only need to use them to keep most of my weight off the healing knee.
