Never been to SSPX nor ICKSP, but I have loved every FSSP parish I’ve visited. I would like to see an ICKSP church, but they’re not near me. And I would avoid the SSPX.
The only one within a reasonable distance of me is the ICKSP. I haven’t been yet, but will go. I don’t think the TLMs I’ve been to have an affiliation.
I’m pretty sure this doesn’t have anything to do with the issue being discussed. Praying for the Pope doesn’t mean anything is licit; Confession/ absolution faculties doesn’t mean the Mass is licit…
Wait, you said we… are you referring to yourself as SSPX? Because I was assuming you’re a layperson and lay people can’t actually be members of the SSPX.
Twisted purposes is exactly right. I was brainwashed into thinking only “SSPXers” would get to heaven (and only then, if they were lucky) back when I attended their chapels.
This is not true. I never thought that way and never have met anyone there who thinks that way. It’s not like we’re Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Just people that like the Tridentine Mass.
