I’m praying for you. May the Lord heal your bad emotions, remove confusion and grant you peace.

Praying for peace and clarity in your life

Hail Mary,
Full of grace,
The Lord is with Thee.
Blessed art Thou amongst women,
and blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus
Holy Mary,
Mother of God
Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen

Praying for emotional healing and that the Lord will bring clarity and peace into your life.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy name; Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us; and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death, Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

I’ m gonna pray for you, but I suggest you to practice in addition to pray the voluntary silence at least an hour everyday for to have the control of your senses, passions and thoughts, read about hesychasm there are many good teachings of the father of the Church. PRAYER FOR INNER HEALING

Lord Jesus, You came to heal our wounded and troubled hearts. I beg You to heal the torments that cause anxiety in my heart; I beg You, in a particular way, to heal all who are the cause of sin. I beg You to come into my life and heal me of the psychological harms that struck me in my early years and formed the injuries that they caused throughout my life.

Lord Jesus, You know my burdens. I lay them all on Your Good Shepherd’s Heart. I beseech You – by the merits of the great, open wound in Your heart – to heal the small wounds that are in mine. Heal the pain of my memories, so that nothing that has happened to me will cause me to remain in pain and anguish, filled with anxiety.

I place myself in your hands to do as You wish, because Your will be done, but yet I still ask:
Transform my shyness into an asset for Your kingdom.
Open my heart with love and generosity to minister to your people.
Give me the physical tools necessary to minister to Your people, or show me how to use what you’ve already given me.
Teach me to use my time, talent and treasure for You and your people.
Teach me how and when to improve myself without berating myself.
Teach me to tear down the walls I set up to protect myself from pain.
Teach me not to fear the pain that comes from loving.
Heal my shame over my past blunders, when they were mere blunders, and not sins.
Make me strong in the face of adversity.

Take away from me self-pity. Teach me to recognize it when it crops up, and guide me to the remedies I need to apply to combat it.
Give me the understanding to recognize the problems I can solve on my own, the problems I need help with to overcome, and who to ask for that help. Show me the proper remedies to apply to my problems, the patience and fortitude to see them through, and the humility and strength to carry my cross, no matter how my problems play out.
Restore in my life what the locusts of ignorance, sin, fear, and depression have eaten up.
Deliver me from sarcasm and eye rolling.
Teach me to control my temper.
Help me to forget my sins which have been forgiven, the way You forget, not for me to be prideful, but so I can move forward in Your grace.
Teach me to hold my loved ones with open hands, not clutching and grabbing for my own selfish wants, but to bless Your children.
(Continued on next post--)

Heal, O Lord, all those wounds that have been the cause of all the evil that is rooted in my life. Forgive anybody who inflicted those wounds on me. I want to forgive all those who have offended me–show me how. Help me to forgive all who have harmed my loved ones, especially {…}. Look to those inner sores that make me unable to forgive. You Who came to forgive the afflicted of heart, please, heal my own heart. Likewise, heal the wounds I have inflicted on others and lead me to where I can make amends.
Code:
Heal, my Lord Jesus, those intimate wounds that cause me physical illness. I offer You my heart. Accept it, Lord, purify it, and give me the sentiments of Your Divine Heart. Help me to be meek and humble.

Heal me, O Lord, from the pain caused by the death of my loved ones, which is oppressing me. Grant me to regain peace and joy in the knowledge that You are the Resurrection and the Life. Make me an authentic witness to Your Resurrection, Your victory over sin and death, Your living presence among us.
Amen.
