Lord Jesus, I’m in need of a steady job with sufficient wage earnings to care for and support myself and others. I want to work to make a decent living yet it’s so hard to find a respectable job.
You have said, “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it will be opened to you.” Please, Lord, I ask you for the opportunity to serve you in some area of life that will help in my support and that of others.

Please help the unemployed to find work.
Please help single parents to find suitable work to suppost their children.
Have mercy Jesus in these serious issues for lives and relationships. Please help families to survive economically and emotionally. Please surround them with Your light and love.
Jesus please encourage an improvement in the economy so that unemployment issues and financial difficulties ease.
Please circumvent the greed of those who profit on the misery of others.
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent,
