Our God, please have mercy on those who are losing their jobs…and their businesses…and their homes, and sometimes their marriages due to financial stresses.
Please help the unemployed to find work.
Please help single parents to find suitable work to suppost their children.
Have mercy Jesus in these serious issues for lives and relationships. Please help individuals and pensioners and families to survive economically and emotionally. Please surround them with Your light and love.

Jesus please encourage an improvement in the economy so that unemployment issues and financial difficulties ease.
Please circumvent the greed of those who profit on the misery of others.Those who triggered this depression through their greed, it’s like they started a war with innumerable innocent victims. Our God please flood into those who have great wealth to make to difference in the economy, the compassion and generosity to genuinely and sacrificially labour to do so, in order that individuals and families are guaranteed their jobs and secure futures.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent,
but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.

I have had many employment and financial problems starting at the last recession in the early 90’s from which I never really recovered. I pray the Rosary regularly and offer up (as far as I can) all my problems and I place my Rosary on my wallet before I go to bed each night - as a hint to Our Lady. I started to do this in mid 08 and then I needed to sell the small business I owned with my wife (in January 09). I advertised it - once only and received 6 replies within days and a sale was agreed within 2 weeks, we couldn’t quite believe it! I would not recommend this as a possible method of resolving financial problems if you do NOT regularly pray the Rosary but Our Lady attached some pretty startling promises to this devotion so perhaps I shouldn’t have been so surprised and perhaps it will encourage some of you to this devotion.
