Starting tomorrow, and going on until the 8th Febuary, I have exams called Mocks. They are actually to prepare for more important ones called the Junior Cert, which will be in June. I don’t like to bother you, but I really need to do well in them.I have several other problems too (of the sort nobody wants to know about) so I have been too depressed to study as much as I wanted. I am very glad to even exist, so I shouldn’t worry over something like exams, but I can’t help it. If its not too much trouble, please could you pray that I do well in the exams and get good results?Thanks.There are 25 others in my class who also have exams, so please could you pray for them too? Also, I am sorry I don’t have time to post in prayer requests, but I’ve been praying for everyone on CAF. I hope this request doesn’t annoy God, because sometimes people tend to use him for exams…Of course I am not doing that, but I hope he wants me to do good in them…

Teeliumtrozzle, you sound very…stressed.Its normal to worry about exams, but honestly just try your best and it will be fine.(I know from experience.) I’ll be praying for you and your classmates. And don’t worry, I’m sure God is not at all annoyed by this request 🙂 Best of luck.
 
I pray that the Lord will give you peace of mind as you prepare for your exams. I pray that you will be able to do your best to pass the exam and surrender to the will of God knowing that He knows what is best for us. This I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

I was a student in a different system. We had huge exams, but they were spaced a week apart - typically at least - and not so many. I’ve always dreaded the tales of those in the every-two-days-for-a-month system. Best of luck with that - I mean, praying for grace for you to conquer those exams. 🙂

If you don’t mind a piece of advice while at it, try to keep serene. Stress is a good motivator, but not the kind that saps your life away and reduces your abilities. You can’t be nonchalant about it, but if you fret too much, it will hamper your productivity and it will also be seen by the examiner. And you know how it affects them - if they see you shiver, lean back and forth, mumble words or stutter, many of them will take that as a sign you aren’t prepared (although a small number would perhaps help you relax and collect your thoughts). At any rate, in my prayers. 🙂

Thank you all so much for praying- I think God sent a miracle today!

I had a maths exam,with algebra, and I really cannot do algebra. But then I started working on the paper, and somehow I thought about it logically and did almost the whole paper perfectly! I have never, ever been able to do it like today. I barely even knew how! It MUST have been God and the saints! Please keep praying, because there are lots more exams. God is wonderful! I am still praying for everyone on CAF, too.
