For healthy pregnancy and relationship w/ father

Please remember me and my unborn child in your prayers. I’m a little over 7 weeks pregnant, and it’s a bit of a high-risk pregnancy due to my age. So far so good, but there’s still a ways to go. Also, this is my first pregnancy, so I’m sort of nervous in general! :o I’m praying to the Blessed Mother and St. Gerard Majella as my special patrons right now, but can always use some additional prayer warriors too!

I also would like to ask prayers for the child’s father. We are not married, and I don’t think he wants anything more to do with me or our baby. I think he’s angry that I didn’t abort the pregnancy. I pray that he will have a change of heart and mind and decide to support me more and be involved with our child’s life, in a positive, loving way. I’m asking St. Joseph to serve as the intercessor for him.
