For humility and repentance

Please pray for me that I repent of my bad habits: tendency to be critical and judgmental, to be negative and fearful, and for my other failings and sinful habits and behaviors. Please pray for me to be humble and loving and to put others first and not feel like I must be heard or recognized.

I said a prayer for you!

If I may humbly offer some advice as well: I think that the more we feel loved, the less judgmental we tend to be of others. I would recommend meditating on God’s love for you (the Sorrowful Mysteries of the Rosary are very powerful in this regard).
 
I struggle with many of the same issues. I’ve taken it to confession and my priest gave me penance of reading 1st Corinthians Chapter 13. He told me to read it and pray over it.
 
Gracious and merciful Father, please come to their assistance.

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on Earth as it is in Heaven.

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon BlueKnight in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give
  • be always with her.
    And, help her to bring this
