My good friend has been in prison now for 12 years for a crime he did not commit and the system here is ghastly with drugs, violence, and corruption rampant.

He begs for your intercessions as he continues to pursue justice to the supreme court and meanwhile survive the madness around him.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.

Loving Father,
Look upon our brother, Johnny, with your infinite mercy and compassion.
Many are his sufferings, as you, O Lord, know.
We who love him ask for your powerful intervention to obtain very soon the release you promised him so many months ago.
May his attorneys be guided solely by your powerful Spirit as they make decisions on his behalf, that they may be fully in accord with Your holy Will.
As always, we trust you completely, and know that these prayers of Your friends and servants will prevail, through Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Redeemer.

Lord, have mercy.
Christ, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women and blessed is the
fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
NOW and at the hour of our death. Amen!

Lord Jesus, we lift up in prayer all who are falsely imprisoned and beg Thy Grace to help them. O Thou, who was once imprisoned, come to their aid: grant them strength, courage and consolation. We make our prayer in Thy Holy Name. Amen:gopray2:

How horrible. Your intention will remembered at Compline tonight.

of thy womb,

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Peace

Remember,
O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection,
implored thy help or sought thy intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired with this confidence,
I fly unto thee,
O Virgin of virgins my Mother;
to thee do I come,
before thee I stand,
sinful and sorrowful;
O Mother of thy Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions,
but in thy clemency hear and answer me.
Amen
