Specifically:

1- That my husband will agree to go on the Retrouvaille weekend
2- That his leave from the military will get approved to allow us to go to Texas
3- That we can afford plane tickets from where we live in Europe to Texas for the Retrouvaille weekend (as there are none offered where we live)
4- That there will be space for us on the weekend should the above all fall into place.
5- Ultimately - for God’s will to be done in our marriage.

Heavenly Father, will You please grant, in Jesus name, that all these things will fall into place so that this couple can enjoy the benefits and blessings of this weekend. Please give them all the graces of a mutually deepening marriage.

I will remember you both in tomorrow’s Mass

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
 
Lord Jesus, you know the needs of this couple and we offer them to You today. We pray for the means for healing to take place where there might seem little is possible. You are the Lord of Abundance and the Lord of Multiplication, bring this couple what they need to pursue their marriage and a spirit of willingness of both parties to be merciful. We ask Your peace to be instilled in them, make it possible for healing to begin even if all the details can’t be met right now.

Just to update - 2 of the prayers have been answered so far…

my husband has agreed to go on the weekend, and they (the retreat team) are holding a spot for us up until the last minute. 🙂

Thank you for prayers thus far, and for your continued prayers that my husband will be able to get his leave granted from the military!
