For my Begger Friend

Yesterday evening I made friends with a begger. I stopped to give him money, and he said I was the first person to stop in 4 hours. Then he told me that the SVP are helping him, but they won’t be able to help him until Monday.He is getting an operation for a brain tumor, but he needs money until then. I gave him all my money, but Idk if it was enough. I wish there was something else I could do. Please pray that he will get plenty of money, and that more people will make friends with him, and that the SVP will help him soon, and that his brain tumor will be fixed and he will be happy and never have to beg again.

Ps.It was my Leap Day Resolution to leave this forum, but I had to come back to ask for prayers for this.
 
that was kind and generous, but also naive and possibly dangerous, as I believe you are a very young person.

you might be able to help more people in more prudent ways by volunteering with SVdP and assisting with their endeavors so aid can be available more hours of the week, since they are of necessity limited in what they can do by the availability of volunteers.
