That they care more about the quality and quantity of work then about their own careers.

Please help them have an attitude of service to others and help them to self improve so they can be better leaders.

Please also pray that God may correct gossip, slander, and judgement in the clinic.

And ask God to find me a better job and to lead me to a better work environment if it cannot improve.
