Hello everyone another long gap from me I do apologise. I have been married, moved home and recently discovered I am carrying my husbands and my first child :o We are very happy about the baby although my husband is suffering with a bad bout of depression at the moment. I wonder if I may be so bold as t ask for prayers for the safe development of my child and future mental health of my husband who through Goods love must surely find hope.

Lord God,

I give you thanks and praise for the wonderful blessing of this pregnancy and pray that you would impart Your strength and peace to both mother and father. I pray that their child would be born healthy and would grow up strong in the knowledge and wisdom of You.

Father of goodness and love, hear our prayers for the sick members of our community and for all who are in need. Amid mental and physical suffering may they find consolation in your healing presence. Show your mercy as you close wounds, cure illness, make broken bodies whole and free downcast spirits. May these special people find lasting health and deliverance, and so join us in thanking you for all your gifts. We ask this through the Lord Jesus who healed those who believed. Amen.
