Please pray for my father, James, is 88 and broke his shoulder in a fall yesterday.

I’m not sure it is appropriate but I have been praying to the Blessed Mother and St Joseph that he either that he either recover quickly or go quickly if it is God’s will to take him.

Anyway, please pray for him.

Dear Didymus;I will indeed pray for your father James. Don’t feel torn between your feelings of conflict on what you should ask. Put your father in the Lord’s hands. He will
know what to do. If he should go, then be at peace. You’ll cry and will miss him terribly if
he should go to Heaven. But you’ll also feel that it was a right thing, and that your father
will be fine. If the Lord heals him , then give thanks. Any way you look at it. it will be God’s

O my God, help me to remember that time is short, eternity long.
What good is all the greatness of this world at the hour of death?
