O Lord, thank You that You do not judge as we judge.
You do not judge us by mere appearances.
Keep us from judging that way too, Lord.
Even when we know You, when we know the truth, often we don’t see things right.
Forgive us, Father: Give us Your eyes to see as You see.
Open the eyes of our understanding; increase our discernment.
Show us the true beauty of those around us when we are apt to miss it.
Let who we are on the inside always be more important to us than how we look on the outside.
May our appearance never deceive.
Keep our hearts pure before You.
When You look upon us, may our hearts be pleasing to You.
Dear Lord, we pray for all the people suffering from an eating disorder. We pray that You will wrap Your healing arms around them and heal them from the pain of this disease. We thank You Lord, for everything that You do, for we know it is so great and we are so appreciative. Please bless paxbill’s daughter. Please fill her heart, soul and mind with Your Holy Spirit, that she may find peace and wholeness in God, and that the ties that bind to this horrible existence may be lifted.
I pray that ultimately, whatever happens, You will be glorified. I pray this in Jesus’ name, Amen
