For my department at work

My request is perhaps a bit trivial compared to some requests, but could I ask for prayer for my department at work? We are short staffed after someone got fired last May and are having trouble recruiting a replacement - the job has been offered to several people but they’ve all turned down the job offer. Also some people in the department often exhibit behaviours that cause problems - tale-bearing, discussing each other’s faults behind their backs, leaving silly childish notes for each other if someone makes a mistakes, and so on. Thanks.
