Dear Lord, please hear my prayer. If it is not in opposition to Your will, please bless my husband and me with a second precious child. I pray that the child will be born safely, with no NICU stay for him or her, and without preeclampsia or pulmonary edema for me. If the answer to my prayer is not yes, please help me to joyously accept Your no. Please help me to discern whether Your answer is “no” or “not yet.” Thank You for the little girl You have already entrusted to my husband and me. I love her very much.
