For My friend who lost her grandaughter

My dear friend and former co-worker, now about 80, lost her granddaughter unexpectedly this weekend. the Granddaughter was in her late 30’s. An Autopsy is being done to determine cause of death(stroke, heart attack, aneurysm,ect.) The girl’s father, my friends son, has been battling leukemia for the last few months and is now undergoing chemo when he has to bury his daughter. My friend also lost another son years ago in a car accident. I am just heartbroken for my friend and her family. Prayers appreciated.

Come to my assistance in this great need, that I may receive the consolations and succor of heaven in all my necessities, tribulations and sufferings, in particular (Vanny’s Friend), and that I may bless God with you and all the elect throughout eternity. I promise you, O Blessed St. Jude, to be ever mindful of this great favor, and I will never cease to honor you as my special and powerful patron, and to do all in my power to encourage devotion to you.
