Hi, Everyone! šŸ™‚

I’d like to ask all of you to pray for my husband. He’s taking RCIA this year because he wants to know more about what the Church teaches, but he says that most of what they’ve talked about he already learned from me. I know he likes going, though, and I’m his sponsor so I like going with him. I asked him a couple of weeks ago if he had decided anything, and he said ā€œnoā€ and that he just wasn’t ā€œthereā€ yet.

We are praying the Rosary together every night, so I’m praying that what Archbishop Fulton Sheen once said applies to him–if a non-Catholic starts praying the Rosary, one of two things will happen; either he’ll stop praying the Rosary or he’ll become Catholic. I know this statement was true for me, and I’m praying it’s true for my husband as well.

So, if all of you could please pray for my husband to make the right decision and enter the Church this Easter, and also that nothing that I have or haven’t done in the past (or in the future) will hinder his decision in any way.

Thanks so much for all your prayers. I really appreciate all your support.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women and
blessed is the Fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Praying for your relationship to flourish as your husband makes his decision. God will provide the answers he is seeking. No worries.

Saying the Lord’s prayer for him and you.

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

O my Jesus, forgive us our sins, save us form the fires of hell, lead all souls to heaven, especially those in most need of your mercy. Amen.

Praying for your intentions….

Lord Jesus, You have said,
ā€œLearn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.ā€
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
we come to You in this time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,
read the prayer that is written on our hearts,
and grant the grace that we ask of You,
in accordance with Your holy will.
In Your name we pray.
Amen.
