A powerful tool for insomnia: The Rosary! If you can’t sleep start praying… Its a double edge sword(in a good way). You either pray powerfully through the night or you fall asleep like a baby. Its a win/win!

If you want to cure it completely. Try to find ways, there are a lot of natural remedies online. They say sweets and milk are foods for insomniacs. Because sugar contain a certain sedative that can calm your mind. Another thing you can also listen to music, but not rock or super loud music. Try some classical or country. Lord Jesus Christ,
During Your earthly sojourn
You went sleepless at times
and spent whole nights in prayer.
But there were many other times when You slept.
I cannot seem to get to sleep these nights
and I cannot even pray.
Please help me cure this sickness, Lord,
for I desperately need sleep to do my work
and to behave as a pleasant human being
as well as to act in a Christian manner.
Enable me to get a good night’s sleep,
or at least to spend my time in prayer with You.
Thank You, Lord.
