Dear friends,

Please pray for me and my family. I am so very lost in my emotions and I dont know what to do. My marriage is in shabbles and I have a physical fitness test coming up for my job that I think I am going to fail. If I fail this test I could lose my job.

but the source of life gushed forth for souls
and an ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world.
O Fount of Life,
unfathomable Divine Mercy,
envelop the whole world
and empty Yourself out upon us.
O Blood and Water,
which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus
as a fount of mercy for us,
I trust in You.

Lord, our God, you graciously chose St. Dymphna
as patroness of those afflicted with mental, emotional,
and nervous disorders. She is thus an inspiration
and a symbol of charity to the thousands who
ask her intercession.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure
youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering
such trials, and especially those for whom we pray.

We beg you, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna
on our behalf. Grant all those for whom we pray patience
in their sufferings and resignation to your divine will.
Please fill them with hope, and grant them the relief
and cure they so desire.

We ask this through Christ our Lord, who suffered
agony in the garden. Amen.

It is for such as these that I came into the world says Jesus. We are in need of healing and salvation. Things happen because God allows them to happen for the greatest good and that is to be united with Him. Your dilemma is such an occasion. We are moved to practice great trust in Him, and it hurts, but He doesn’t give us a trial we can’t bear, He will either give us the strength to bear it, or take it away. In bearing it we become stronger, and if we cooperate the best we can, then we gain the spiritual security that we need in all trials. By trusting in Him we receive answers to all our trials and we finally realize that Jesus is our greatest need. Turn to Jesus and bare your soul to Him, and tell Him how much you need Him and ask Him to increase your trust in Him. Be assured that He will answer your prayers. I pray for you as others will.
 
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
