For my mother's conversion and becoming pro life

My mom still is very left leaning, and now is reading more Dawkins and Hitchens. Over the weekend she went on some bender about a book she is reading narrated by an unborn child and kept repeatedly and very obviously, passive aggressively, calling it a “fetus.” In the book the baby is due in 2 weeks. Lovely.

I kept saying “wow what an interesting book narrated by an unborn child.”

At one point she called the dad the “potential father,” and then paused and finally said, “well, the father.”

There is hope yet. I love my mom and in her heart she intends well but she is lost and confused and hearing her talk this way breaks my heart for a few reasons. Please let her know Jesus.
 
Blessed Mother, please intercede for us.
Hold the sorrowful-
Mother and love the weary, abused, neglected
or forgotten among us-
Give your aid to all needing help or healing-
Assist those who are sick, in pain or suffering-
Be with those needing peace-
Console the lonely or brokenhearted-
Comfort the lost or hopeless-

Enlighten those who do not yet see truth-
Help us be brave enough to let our hurt and anger go-
Show us the way to do the right thing-

She should know that Hitchens was pro-life, even though he was a militant atheist.
