Dear Friends in Christ: Please join me in prayer that my vertigo will go away.

Prayer to St. Ulrich of Augsburg

Father, You are rich in mercy. In a time of severe
hardship, You sent Your people the energetic Bishop
St. Ulrich. I ask you, through his prayers, to remove
my vertigo and dizziness.

Dear Lord, through St. Ulrich’s prayers, steady my
vision and restore my balance. Holy St. Ulrich, pray
that God will forgive me for ignoring my doctor’s
instructions on how to prevent a relapse of vertigo.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives
and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
one God, for ever and ever. Amen.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Thanks and God bless you for your ongoing prayers for everyone in the community. My doctor instructed me to sleep propped up on pillows to avoid a recurrence. One night, I decided to sleep flat, with two pillows. After a week or so, the vertigo came back. I hope that once I return to my recommended sleep posture, my middle ear will settle down.
 
I had someone in my family with this problem, it is extremely difficult … I will keep you in my prayers that your new sleep position will work soon.

Lord, our God, You sent Your Son into the world
to bear our infirmities and to endure our sufferings. For Your servants who are sick,
we ask that Your blessing will give them strength
to overcome their weakness through the power of patience and the comfort of hope and that with Your aid they will soon be restored to health.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (njlisa). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by

speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.

You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into njlisa’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
