Guys, this might sound like a selfish intention. But I have been worried about something I did and might have a negative consequence. I am ashamed of explaining it to anybody. But, if you guys would pray for my well-being, I would appreciate it very much. May God help me out on this one.

Thanks in advance
I will pray, but you need to go to your priest and confess this right away.
Your heart is the most important thing that needs healed first. Come what may, our Lord can be with you through anything. Trust in our Lord. Ask Him to use whatever has happened for some good. He alone is able to do what we can’t.

My love in Him,

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

I’m hoping you’re ok man. I hope you’re taking care of yourself. I’m in this for you brother.

Peace.

I think about this all the time. So just because I don’t post here every day doesn’t mean that I’ve forgotten. I just don’t always know what to say. And I mean I’m not really a prayer type person. So what I usually say is: “God, Carlos needs you. Is there anything you want me to do?” I don’t know if I have to be more specific than that. I don’t know if I have to really get down on my knees to make this thing work, but sometimes I do. And sometimes I close my eyes and just try to picture you being healed. But I don’t know if that helps. Anyway, this is what I’ve done.

Peace.

Prayers continuing for you…

  • O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.
O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen*

Well it was good hearing from my buddy yesterday so I want to remind everyone to pray for him. Or even just say something nice about him. I mean I think that’s a kind of prayer too really. Well either way. Praying for you man. Glad you have your head on straight about all this. Take care brother.

Peace.

Hail Holy Queen**
Hail, Holy Queen,
Mother of Mercy,
hail our life, our sweetness and our hope!
To thee do we cry
poor banished children of Eve;
to thee do we send up our sighs,
mourning and weeping
in this vale of tears.
Turn then,
O most gracious advocate,
thine eyes of mercy towards us
and after this our exile
show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb,
Jesus;
O clement,
O loving,
O sweet Virgin Mary.
V. Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God.
R. That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel
St Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle;
be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray
and do thou, O prince of the heavenly host,
by the power of God,
thrust into Hell Satan
and all the other evil spirits
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Amen.

Come, Holy Spirit
Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful
and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray. O God, Who didst instruct the hearts of the faithful
……by the light of the Holy Spirit, grant us in the same Spirit
……to be truly wise, and ever to rejoice in His consolation.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Litany of Humility
O Jesus! meek and humble of heart, Hear me.
From the desire of being esteemed,**
Deliver me, Jesus.**
From the desire of being loved…
From the desire of being extolled …
From the desire of being honored …
From the desire of being praised …
From the desire of being preferred to others…
From the desire of being consulted …
From the desire of being approved …
From the fear of being humiliated …
From the fear of being despised…
From the fear of suffering rebukes …
From the fear of being calumniated …
From the fear of being forgotten …
From the fear of being ridiculed …
From the fear of being wronged …
From the fear of being suspected …

That others may be loved more than I,**
Jesus, grant me the grace to desire it.**
That others may be esteemed more than I …
That, in the opinion of the world,
others may increase and I may decrease …
That others may be chosen and I set aside …
That others may be praised and I unnoticed …
That others may be preferred to me in everything…
That others may become holier than I, provided that I may become as holy as I should…
Amen.:signofcross:

Road Ahead
“My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going.
I do not see the road ahead of me.
I cannot know for certain where it will end.
Nor do I really know myself, and the fact that I think I am following your will does not mean that I am actually doing so.
But I believe that the desire to please you does in fact please you.
And I hope I have that desire in all that I am doing.
I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this you will lead me by the right road,
……though I may know nothing about it.
Therefore I will trust you always though I may seem to be lost
……and in the shadow of death. I will not fear,
……for you are ever with me, and you will never leave me
……to face my perils alone.”
