For my work situation

I wont go into all the gory details as this isn’t a HR or careers forum but I am seriously contemplating leaving my job without another to go to. I need to try and discern what God wants me to do with my life and the stress levels I am under seem to cloud me.
 
Could you perhaps take a short leave of absence to clear your mind and even look for other employment? Peace and prayers for you.

I pray that you find a worthwhile and fair job, or even better manage to turn your current job into one.

I pray that those who are causing you problems in your current situation see the light and cease to do so

And may our employers look to the ultimate manager for inspiration, and change their ways, and most of all I pray that God helps you make the right and best decision

Many thanks for all your prayers. I have actually managed to take a long weekend off. I went to a morning mass and my head finally stopped pounding by yesterday evening.

I am contemplating looking for the same job but as a temp. I think I could cope with the level of stress I am under if I could take more leave and be able to take it on my terms if that makes sense. I am lucky that my husband and I are in a financial position where I could just hand in my notice if it gets really bad, I am saying a lot of prayers for those in bad work situations who aren’t.

Pray and fast. Go to Confession, receive the Eucharist, and stay after to say a rosary in front of the tabernacle. Listen for God’s response.

Blessed St. Joseph, patron of all working people, obtain for me the grace to labor in a spirit of penance for the atonement of my many sins. Help me to be conscientious in my work so that I may give as full a measure as I have received.

May I labor in a spirit of thankfulness and joy, ever mindful of all the gifts I have received from God that enable me to perform these tasks.
