For my youngest son's girlfriend

My ds2’s girlfriends’ grandfather is going through a divorce from his second wife. His first wife died and this was a late marriage. There are 3 young children, 1 girl and 2 boys, who are at the center of a custody battle. What makes this especially difficult for her is that her grandfather is famous and this is being fought out in the tabloids. She finds it very hurtful at work to be regaled with the latest happenings when she doesn’t know about them yet herself and most likely are simply inventions of the tabloid press. Her little half-aunt and uncles are being hurt by this too, cause, as most young children in a custody battle, they don’t understand what is going on and why mommy and daddy don’t love each other anymore. She is very worried about them. Please pray for them all.

In addition, her mother is having a lot of pain with her knee and is looking at a knee reconstruction so she is worried about her mom as well as trying to cope with her grandfather’s very public messy divorce.

Jesus I ask You to bring Your love into this family and situation, to surround and protect the children, and to bring respect, gentleness and healing, into the situation, into the family members.
