PRAYER​

Lord, you are the creator of all things. Guide my thoughts to consider your creation in all of its majesty, beauty and holiness. Guide my heart especially to your creation of precious human life.
Help me to comprehend how essential life is in your own heart. Teach me to appreciate, love and protect all human life through your son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Dear God, we surrender into Your hands, all the unborn children and their parents.
Bless & protect every unborn child from all harm & evil.
Send Your messengers to the parents of all defenseless babies and let them change their decision to abort. Give all the parents your grace and wisdom to make the correct choice.
Help them to protect & nurture the life you have blessed them with.
We pray that all expectant parents will willingly accept their unborn child as a Gift of Life from God. Amen.

Heavenly Father, in Your love for us, protect against the wickedness of the devil, those helpless little ones to whom You have given the gift of life.

Touch with pity the hearts of those women pregnant in our world today who are not thinking of motherhood.
Help them to see that the child they carry is made in Your image - as well as theirs - made for eternal life.

Dispel their fear and selfishness and give them true womanly hearts to love their babies and give them birth and all the needed care that a mother can give.

We ask this through Jesus Christ, Your Son, Our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and Holy Spirit, One God, forever and ever. Amen.

Dear Heavenly Father, we are humbled that you have called us and appointed us to be ambassadors of Christ in a world that is not our home.
We pray that your Holy Spirit will empower us to walk worthy of the calling. We pray that Your unconditional love will flow through us to those who desperately need Your saving grace.
In the name of Christ who is worthy, Amen.

Almighty God, father of humanity, have mercy, for the agony of millions of tiny dying babies calls out to You. Please let the painful silent scream of each of those innocent children obtain from You an end to this endless slaughter. Please forgive and heal those who have harmed or killed their babies born and unborn, and those professionals who carry out acts of abortion.

Our Father and theirs, let it be that all persons, born and unborn, will come to be received with the welcome Christ offers to each person, in gladness, care, hope, blessing and love. Please hear our prayers for the legal protection of unborn infants and touch the hearts of mothers to protect their unborn babies. Please give them the kindness of others and the means to support their children.

Father commission Your angels protect women and girls from rape or pressure, or misguided choices, and to urge children, men and women from sins against chastity, including fornication, adultery, and porn,

Angels of God please welcome aborted infants’ souls with great joy and ceremony…because on earth they were not received with joy and love and their precious, lives were stolen from them. Angels please sing them into the presence of God who created with infinite love. Allow these innocents to plead for their parents and this world with their faultless purity. Glorify Yourself in them, by allowing them in some special way to work for the coming of Your kingdom.

Prayer:
O Lord, help us follow in the footsteps
of Jesus.
Let us humbly and diligently work to
restore legal protection for the unborn,
the disabled, the medically dependent
and all innocent children of God whose
lives are threatened.
Let us remember the old adage that
“He can never lead who has not first
learned to obey.”
And, Lord, grant us a peaceful heart as
we labor in your name. Amen.
 
On Sunday 24th February 2013, a group of Roman Catholics worshippers walked in Rosary procession from Thurles Cathederal to Holycross Abbey, in Tipperary, Ireland.

Thankfully we had a beautiful sunny day as approximately 150 people walked and prayed the entire 5 mile distance for the Unborn.

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge that feat.
 
Loving God,

Your son Jesus taught us to love and to pray through the beatitudes as a model for how we should live out our Christian lives. Please bless us, grant us wisdom, have mercy on us as we sometimes stray from the desires you have for us, and help us to pray feverishly and with great effect for this intention. Blessed are they who mourn, for they will be comforted. Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the land. Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be satisfied. Bless these children of yours who never have the opportunity to live out their earthly lives, and bless those who grieve and mourn for them. Please send your loving Holy Spirit to soften and change the hardened hearts of so many people who do not understand and appreciate the evil that is abortion. Please guide and lead the political leaders of our country so the rights and dignity of our unborn will be respected and will be preserved by our laws and practices.

We pray in the name of your beloved son, our Lord Jesus, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God for ever and ever.
