For relief of my almost constant anxiety

I’m anxious about my classes, finishing up my classes so I get my degree, my husband getting a job, my house badly in need of repair, our financial state of being in debt, getting older, and my job, and not being good enough or doing enough for others.

My racing thoughts wake me up and continue with me throughout the day. I’ve been in therapy for years, am on antidepressants and anti-anxiety meds. Please pray for me to know the peace that only God can give and a happy resolution to my troubles.

Prayer for Peace of Mind

Fortify me with the grace of Your Holy Spirit,
and give Your peace to my soul that I may
be free from all needless anxiety, solicitude,
and worry. Help me to desire always that
which is pleasing and acceptable to You so
that Your will may be my will. Through

OUR LADY OF MENTAL PEACE PRAYER

O Lady of Mental Peace,
Mother of Tranquility and Mother of Hope,
look upon crenfro in this time of disquiet and weakness.
Still their restless spirit,
teach their searching heart to know that God’s love for them is unchanging
and that the suffering which He may will for them now is to draw them closer to Him.
Let thy gentle peace and His —
which the world cannot give —
be always with crenfro that they may be sanctified:
and then give them the grace to bring this peace to others.

Our Lady of Mental Peace,
