Who has Parkinsons and it has advanced to the point her husband (my BIL) cannot care for her at home any longer. She is in rehab now and thinks she will be coming home on Oct. 4th. He has yet to tell her this will not be.

Pray for them as they travel this difficult road.
 
Father, You say You will always be with us. In this, their time of need, I pray that You give particular attention to this couple, him for having to deliver this horrible news, and her for having to hear it. In Jesus’ name I pray for this couple. Amen. 😦 :signofcross:

Prayers. Especially to St Francis of Assisi who had such overwhelming love for all the sick - since his feast is on October 4.
 
Father, we know that you have a reason for all things. During this time of suffering we ask you to provide strength and understanding to this couple. Pour out your blessings on this couple Father. Hold them up in the face of illness. Guide them with your Holy Spirit. In Jesus name I pray… AMEN

Almighty God, we pray that You hear our prayers for this couple through the merits of our Immaculate Mother. Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy,
our Life, our Sweetness, and our Hope.
To Thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve.
To Thee do we send up our sighs mourning
and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious Advocate,
Thine Eyes of Mercy toward us,
and after this our exile show us the
Blessed Fruit of thy Womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary.

Pray for us O Holy Mother of God
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
 
Praying for them. My BIL, who is also my best friend, also has Parkinson’s. This once active, funny guy is now a shell of himself and it breaks my heart. Please pray for him too and all suffering from this terribly debilitating disease.
