People are individuals and there are probably varied reasons why a person gets multiple tatoos and piercings. I don’t think that we should make rash judgments about such a person. Getting to know the person, if possible, is probably the best course. There are people in our society(Ted Bundy for example) who can look perfectly normal and yet be complete psycopaths. This is why judging by appearance is wrong.

I support sterilzation for people that ABUSE the welfare system…need I repeat it again!!!
Also I do not think that there is anything wrong with tattoos and piercings…
At least I am not one of those people that say “oh ear piercing is not mutilation but all other piercing is”…talk about hypocritcal
