For some DUI guy and my car

My car was parked in front of my apartment and a drunk person drove by and hit my car in the back. Thanks be to God, the car just has bad scratch on the bumper; I think it will cost lots of money to get it painted, but at least it doesn’t damage to the car and engine.

I felt bad for the guy; my neighbor saw his car running off from the scene right after my car’s alarm went off. I called police and after finished talking with the police, I saw a car park right in front of my car honking and honking. I later figured out he came back and wanted to call me (the owner of the car). Unfortunately, when police came to my place, he ran off and hit 3 more cars in the parking lot.

Please pray for him. He did have some good heart to come back and look for the owner (me) of the car he hit. It was too bad that he ran off and caused more problems.

Please pray for me to work this thing out with car insurance and my car. I don’t mind to drive with scratch pain on my car, I just hope that my car doesn’t get damage anywhere else.

Merciful Lord, you have watched this person ever since You brought them forth as part of Your Divine Plan. You observe all with a patience and love that we cannot fathom as they wandered far from You. In accord with Your limitless love and mercy, You have caused this person to be held accountable to both Yourself, and to human authority. You have graciously ordered things so that this life, which was being wasted, will now be closely examined. In Your love, You have taught this precious soul to reflect deeply on their life, and to turn from the abuse of drink to the greater good, which is fear and love of You. Heavenly Father, this occurrence has all been brought about with no injury to the innocent. May this person examine their conscience and submit to Your divine Will for their life. We ask this through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen! Alleluia!

As he did return and try to do the right thing…although as sometimes is the case when we try to fix the mess we make of anything (God spare us!) he messed up some more…I ask God to help him to grow in his better impulses. God help him to overcome whatever impaired his judgement.

I regret he caused damage to your car, and others’. I ask God to help you through all aspects of your life, including the inconvenience and expense of this damage to your car. God bless you for your gratitude that the damage was not worse.
