God bless you, Phoenix. I’ll be praying for you!

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

I’ve said a prayer for your intensions. Nearly a year ago, I was jobless and scared. I prayed to St. Joseph to take my petition to the Lord. Boy did he ever. I now have the best job I could ever ask for and it brought me home to my family who I need now more than ever.

Dear God,
You promise us more thorns than roses in this life - but so many strive to follow your Holy Will and are persecuted in this life for doing so. While the greater rewards are to come in Eternity, please grant ‘thePhoenix’ this job - and the strength to carry on their strong values. And if this job not be Thy Divine Will, please show ‘thePhoenix’ Your Holy Will - in an upcoming job offer. We ask this by Thy Divine Grace and Mercy, through Our Lady’s intercession, and in the name of Thy Divine Son, Jesus. Amen.

Dear **Deacon Ed B, Donna Mc, Mary ann R, Heather Anne, **and Conservative:

Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. I have written down your names on a prayer list, taken it with me, and prayed for you at the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, along with the other people whom I listed in my last post, to include all participants in this thread.

The job search continues.

I am praying for you as well. I thank you too for praying for me.
I pray to the Lord that He help you and guide you.
:signofcross:

May God continue to guide your heart, soul, mind & lips as you seek to do His will. May St. Joseph the Patron of Workers aid you in your search for employment. Amen, Alleluia!

for your intentions

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen

I am including you in my rosary today and for as long as necessary that you find the right fit in the job market! God bless you and keep pressing on!

I’m still praying for you, phoenix.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Phoenix, always remember if you’re LOOKING for something - whether lost or not - ask St. Anthony, Patron of lost things - (which must mean he FINDS things!)

Dear God -
Your servant, “thephoenix”, has striven to maintain their Catholic beliefs in a job world that renounces good values and those who uphold them. I understand this person’s situation, as I’ve turned away from many job possibilities to keep within the right guidelines.

Please, while we are all your unworthy servants, reward “thephoenix” for trying so hard.
May the Holy Spirit enlighten them in their search for employment.
May St. Anthony assist in finding them a job that will be rewarding to them and pleasing in Thine Eyes.
May Our Lady intercede for Thy child, “thephoenix” - so that in working in daily life to do the right thing in this secular world, they may also work spiritually to reach Thee in Heaven.

I ask this by Thy Divine Grace and Mercy, through Our Lady’s intercession, and in the Name of Thy Divine Son, Jesus. Amen.

As an update to a former prayer thread, I recently resigned my former position due to being forced out due to my pro-life Catholic beliefs and wanting to leave on my own terms based on the situation. I decided on this course of action after consulting with a lawyer and supportive family members and friends. Which basically means that as of right now, I am unemployed and earning no income.

Wanting to move on, I have been fortunate enough to land a job interview for a temporary contract position. However, I definitely will need the help of prayer.

Am not sure what is the best way to handle interview questions regarding reasons for leaving my last job.

I am also working to market my landscape and nature photography, having samples of my work professionally framed in order to show potential customers. Also, I may have someone who contacted me over the internet interested in purchasing several photos in order that this person use my photos as an inspirational basis to produce paintings.

Please pray that the Holy Spirit will guide me and teach me what to say in my upcoming job interview(s) so as to lead me to employment in the right job, and also that I may have success in selling my photography in accordance with God’s Will.

I pray that the Holy Spirit will guide you, and provide you with the right words to say, for your interview. Perhaps role playing with a friend or family member might help you, too, before your interview.
May God richly bless you in your new job, and God bless your courage to leave your old job behind for religious reasons.

Prayers abound for you!:gopray:

God bless you for standing up for your beliefs. I will pray for you. :signofcross:

Amen. I pray to Mary our mother for you and for all souls that by your act of Faith may be saved from murder, because you took a stand. God Bless you! Gregory Francis

phoenix,

I am praying very hard that all turns out well with your job search. God bless!

Dear GregoryDracula, MusherMaggie, mim, Beachcomber, stove, whatevergirl, Caesar517, and Gregory Francis:

Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. I have written down your names on a prayer list to take with me and pray for you at the Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel, along with the other people whom I listed in my last two posts, to include all participants in this thread.

Repeated thanks to those who have offered repeated prayers and encouragement!

The job search continues.

On one front, a local art gallery is now offering four of my photographs for sale and I am considered a “consignment artist.” The pictures have to sell in order for me to make any money on them, and quite a few of them would have to sell in order for me to earn enough to pay actual major bills like rent … Therefore, I am still looking for a regular day job.
