Please pray that I will have the determination and strength to pursue God’s will in my life and also pursue my dreams really hard. Please pray for my university semester, that I will achieve everything I would like to achieve and will be working for. 🙂

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Dear God, give me courage,
for perhaps I lack it more than anything else.

I need courage before men against their threats
and against their seductions.

I need courage to bear unkindness,
mockery, contradiction.

I need courage to fight against the devil,
against terrors and troubles, temptations,
attractions, darkness and false lights,
against tears, depression, and above all fear.

I need Your help, dear God.

Strengthen me with Your love and Your grace.

Console me with Your blessed Presence
and grant me the courage to persevere
until I am with You forever in heaven.

Amen.

Prayer for Success

Almighty God, Whose hands hold all matters of life, give me grace of success in the work that I do and the life that I live. Help me to give my work careful thought and strict attention. Watch over me and govern my actions so that I will serve You to the best of my ability. Show me how to give my best in all things, and let me not despise the toil that is necessary to complete it. Most of all, give me the blessing of Your help and guidance, so that I will live my life according to you will.

In Jesus’ name, amen.

Lord, please grant Adventurer many graces to fulfill these intentions, and ever draw this soul toward the heavenly garden, through these and all life’s pursuits. Instill in Adventurer many graces for faith, hope, love, and joy always. Protect Adventurer from the suffocating clouds of this fallen world and grant this soul much refreshment and heavenly breath. Have mercy, Lord, and grant angels to help with these intentions. Our Lady, angels, and saints, pray with us. Amen.

PATER NOSTER,
qui es in caelis,
sanctificetur nomen tuum.
Adveniat regnum tuum.
Fiat voluntas tua, sicut in caelo et in terra.
Panem nostrum quotidianum da nobis hodie,
et dimitte nobis debita nostra
sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
Et ne nos inducas in tentationem,
sed libera nos a malo. Amen

O most beautiful Flower of Mount Carmel, Fruitful Vine, Splendor of Heaven, who brought forth the Son of God still remaining a Virgin, assist us in this necessity. O Star of the Sea, help us, and show us that you are our Mother.

O Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and earth, we humbly ask you from the depths of our heart to help us in this necessity. There are none who can withstand your power. O show us that you are our Mother.

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee. Sweet Mother, we place this cause in your hands. Amen
