We have a parking space and recently someone is interested to use it. I went there to have the contract signed last Friday. The tenant photocopied the signed contract, but i was going to have the copies notarized, then each of use going to have our own copy. I asked for the checks, he said they were not ready yet. I gave him time to inititate and tell me the checks are ready but up to now, nothing. So i texted last night to ask. This morning, still no reply. I do not know what to do.

Please pray that he will pay up with the checks. If not, that he will inform us if he is not interested anymore. We are rarely there, so we do not know if there are using the slot even without paying. And that he will not use the parking slot, since they have not paid yet.
