Lord Jesus Christ, promised Messiah and Son of God, by the merits of your Passion and death, bring light to those who do not believe in you. Grant them the grace of faith. Pour out the loving mercy that burn in your Most Sacred Heart upon them. May they see that you, O Lord, are the way, the truth and the light, who is the only way to the Father.

Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of God, pray for those who do not believe in your Son. You, through whom our Savior came into the world, take our petition on behalf of them to our Lord.

Saints Peter and Paul, pray for them.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
 
In Jesus’ name, Father, we pray for those who do not know, or reject Your truths.
We pray for the lukewarm, and for all Catholics who give poor witness of the Catholic Faith and the commandments of love. We pray for ourselves and each other that we will become true followers of Christ.

We pray for all who are very worldly, who are atheist, or agnostic, for those who call themselves Christian but fail to live gospel values and truth, for instance lack of charity and compassion, unwillingness to forgive; or by supporting abortion or research or medicine that does not respect conceived life. We ask grace to pray deeply and constantly for their full conversion.

Please help those who leave the Church in misunderstandings, discouragement because of unkindness or neglect, or because disagreements with some laws of the Church. Father, please pour Your Holy Spirit upon them and bring about their conversion and salvation in Jesus Christ.

Please draw them into faithful living out of gospel charity in their lives, and full participation in the Sacraments.
We ask the outpouring of Your Spirit upon all family and friends, and those whom we do not know that all will come to know and love God above all and others as self.

Mother Mary, and all their patron saints and guardian angels, please pray for them.

Prayers for Those Outside the Church

O Mary, Mother of mercy and Refuge of sinners, we beseech thee, be pleased to look with pitiful eyes upon those outside the Church. Thou who art the Seat of Wisdom, enlighten their minds that they may know that the Holy Catholic and Apostolic Roman Church is the one true Church of Jesus Christ. Finish the work of their conversion by obtaining for them the grace to accept all the truths of our Holy Faith, and to submit themselves to the supreme Roman Pontiff, the Vicar of Jesus Christ on earth; that so, being united with us in the sweet chains of divine charity, there may soon be only one fold under the same one shepherd; and may we all, O glorious Virgin, sing forever with exultation: Rejoice, O Virgin Mary, thou only hast destroyed all heresies in the whole world. Amen.
