Eternal Father, I lift up to you all those who are preparing to be received into the Church throughout the world this Easter. I ask you to bless them and to strengthen them. Deepen their faith and trust in You during this final preparation period. Defend them against the enemy who will be attacking them with greater effort during this time.

For those preparing for Baptism, Lord, let them call to mind all their sins which will be washed away in the water of new life. Let them be filled with thankfulness and joy at the mercy and generosity of God.

For all those preparing for their first Confession, may You reveal to them the secrets of their hearts that they may make a good Confession.

And may the Holy Spirit descend upon them all this Easter and gift them will everything they need to persevere in their faith as they receive their Sacraments.

I ask this in the Name of Jesus, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and forever

Praise the Lord ! Lord bless all new Catholics entering the Catholic faith and let their faith grow strong and let their faith be built on your love and your loving ways. thanks for doing this Lord, in the name of Jesus, amen , your brother in Christ, John

Thank you for bringing up that intention…my 8 yr. old son is now one the elect…😃 I’m so proud of him…Praying for all the elect and candidates… :signofcross:
 
Praying, I live in Scotland and have only one priest receiving holy orders,praying that god fills more hearts to become priests :signofcross:

For the Candidates who have been Baptised but who are receiving Confirmation and First Holy Communion

O Holy Spirit, strengthen them in these last few weeks of preparation for these Sacraments. Protect them from the attacks of the evil one who does everything he can to prevent them from receiving them. Relieve all their doubts, O God, make firm their faith.

In the Name of Jesus, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, now and forever,
