I believe the user is in Australia, and I believe she means to keep “SSM” illegal even if voters try and legalize it with the vote going on there. I think, I’m not sure, but that’s what I found with Google, so that’s what I’m going by: To not allow “SSM” to be legalized.
If I’m wrong, then consider my prayers disavowed. Hopefully I’m clear, don’t want to accidentally pray for the wrong thing.

Yes the intended vote for or against same sex marriage is being contested in the High Court here.
And yes pray the High Court says no to a vote on Same sex marriage.
And if the vote is allowed to go ahead,
Then vote that if it be God’s Will, A no to SSM is returned.
We Catholics must show solidarity for our faith and for the Commandments of God.

They can’t ask that in the USA as the Church would quickly lose its tax-exempt status and all h-e-double hockey sticks would break loose. There was already a big dustup when one parish ran a piece in its bulletin telling all the parishioners they would be committing a mortal sin if they voted a certain way in the last election. The bishop smacked that down really fast.
