I have a very good Novena for st Dymphna if anyone is interested:

THE NOVENA
TO SAINT DYMPHNA

Epilespy, mental illness, incest victims, and runaways

O, God, we humbly beseech You through Your servant Saint Dymphna, who
sealed with her blood the love she bore for you, to grant relief to those who
suffer from mental afflictions and nervous disorders, especially (name the allficted person
here).

Saint Dymphna, helper of the mentally afflicted, pray for us

Saint Dymphna, comforter of the despondent, pray for us.

Saint Dymphna, renowned for many miracles, please hear my prayer!
(Recite 1 Glory Be…)

Say nine times in a row for nine days.

Feast day is May 15

Loving God,

Please hear the persistent prayers and petitions of your loving children in this intention. Please bless and have mercy on all your people suffering from all sorts of mental diseases, and especially depression, panic/anxiety attacks, bipolar disorder, Alzheimers, and related maladies. Dear God, your suffering people are often discriminated against and bear a special cross when they suffer from these challenges in their lives. Please help them not to lose hope, to maintain a strong faith, to follow the remedies and improvement strategies of their medical care givers, and cure them if it be your Holy will. Please bless all who minister to these folks, especially close family and the medical care givers that we might help these special people to prosper and live out their calling with joy and peace.

I pray especially for three of my family members and for Georgia.

We pray in the name of your beloved son Jesus, with whom you are well pleased.

Father, in Jesus’ name, where it is possible, please protect those who may be prone to mental illness or emotional fragility, from triggers that exacerbate their tendencies to anxiety, stress, and depression. Where possible, please help them to develop strategies that promote their peace and wholeness.

Father, in Jesus’ name, please give diagnosis, treatment, and the understanding of other people, for those who suffer from mental and emotional illnesses. Please help those who are prone to disordered thoughts, perceptions, and emotions, or excessive scrupulosity.

Please lead these sufferers to optimum health and to peaceful and fulfilled lives lived in love and faith, and the understanding of family, friends, and colleagues.

Please give courage and refreshment to those who care for mentally impaired patients and loved ones. Please surround them with Your light and love.

Blessed Louis Martin, father of St Therese, who despite the holiness and charity that characterised your life, ended your life with loss of your mental faculties, please pray for all who suffer mental and emotional illnesses.

Mother Mary, and their patron saints and guardian angels, please pray for them.
