I got an upgrade to one of my guitars recently; the product itself is outstanding but I was shocked to discover that it was packaged with a very rude bumper sticker advertising the company’s products. It is so frustrating being a musician and time and time again being sorely disappointed by the borderline amorality that seems to be so commonly associated with music today! Fellow musicians on here, this is not meant as a slight to you.

Let us all pray for those who were involved in the production of this material, for all those who engage in rude behavior and use rude language, for, though it seems mild, this can be very destructive, and for musicians and the culture of music in general. St. Cecilia, please help us all, especially those in this prayer intention, to be more saintly!

PS - Might I suggest you complain to the company? I once got an order of something (not music supplies) with an anti-Catholic Chick Tract in with it. I wrote the company a well thought out complaint and got an apology (despite telling them I am done doing business with them).

The more people that speak up, the less likely this is to re-occur.

Grace builds on nature. Use BOTH means (prayer [grace] AND a complaint [nature]) to advance the Faith.

Billy112, Cathoholic, would you be willing to say whom you bought from? As a (very) amateur musician I for one would be interested.

Side note: I have a small ebay thing going on and I have been thinking of including small pro Catholic type stuff but I have not decided on what. Even though they are not Catholic I have always admired Buck Knives’ efforts at evangelizing a bit in their packaging.

Road Ahead
"My Lord God, I have no idea where I am going.
