Please pray for my Uncle Steve who is dying of cancer and blot clots. I think he is pretty scared as my grandmother died recently of lung cancer as well. They think he has only a couple of days to live and they’re starting him on the “pain medication” that put my grandmother in a near vegetative state this evening.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen. :signofcross:

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen. :signofcross:

For the Dying

Almighty and merciful God, You bestow on humanity both the remedies of health and the gifts of everlasting life. Look graciously on Steve, who is close to death. At the hour of his death, may he be offered without stain of sin to You his Creator by the hands of the holy angels. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

Prayers said for Uncle Steve that his final days are pain free and peaceful if possible.
Prayers for the family as well.
Mary.

May Our Lord Jesus be you and your family. My prayers are with you. God Bless you

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (Allegra’s Uncle). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into Allegra’s Uncle body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee!

I will say a Divine Mercy chaplet for Steve…

Praying for peace and comfort for your Uncle Steve and strength for your family.

Memorare

REMEMBER, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly to thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother; to thee do I come; before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.
