For victims of the Ohio tornadoes last night

Woke up this morning to find that tornadoes had hit several places in Ohio, including Dayton where I have many friends. No one I know is hurt so far and there have been no fatalities in Dayton overall (Thank God) but some people’s homes and businesses were badly damaged. Please pray for the recovery and rebuilding effort and for those who were hurt or, in some other cities, killed.

Our Father
Hail Mary
Glory Be

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

I pray that God helps with this rebuilding process and that He comforts anyone who lost something. Amen.

This is where I went to Mass on my last visit there. Every building is damaged in the church complex, and the whole bell tower fell, but Mary’s statue is still standing, undamaged.
The street this is on is where I usually stay and spend time with my friends. Our favorite bar was levelled, one of my friends lost his roof.
Pray for Dayton.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on Tis_Bearself. Lord, hear my prayer for her intentions and have mercy on the whole world. (x10)

I did pray a decade of my daily Divine Mercy Chaplet for your intention.

Lord please bless those dealing with loss from livelihood and property damage.
Please encourage and heal all of those traumatized by the effects of the tornadoes on their lives and families. Please ensure action for successful rescue and recovery efforts.

O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus as a fountain of Mercy for us, I trust in You!

Saint Madeleine Sophie Barat (Feast Day Today) pray for all suffering as a result of these tornadoes.

Prayer of Saint Richard of Chichester

Thanks be to thee, my Lord Jesus Christ,
for all the benefits thou hast given me,
for all the pains and insults thou hast borne for me.
O most merciful redeemer, friend and brother,
may I know thee more clearly,
love thee more dearly,
and follow thee more nearly, day by day.

Amen.

For those being affected by the tornadoes across the Midwest.
Our Father, Hail Mary, Glory Be, AMEN!
