Mark 3:35 Qui enim fecerit voluntatem Dei, hic frater meus, et soror mea For whosoever shall do the will of God… If the Pope does the will of God, he is Brother to Jesus. If I do the will of God, I am the Brother to Jesus. Am I interpreting this correctly? I do the will of God, I am Brother to Jesus. We should, through the Holy Spirit, call God, Father! Is that not correct? My fraternity is a brotherhood, we are all equals. There is no layperson in my fraternity, once accepted through understanding (not works), I become a brother. My fraternity seems like a better representative of the Church of Jesus than the Catholic Church does because we are all equals. Am I correct in noting that the structure of the church does not have equals? If I request to see the president of my fraternity, given his time available, he should and does see me. If I see my fraternal brother president, I can shake his hand and give him my voice at any time. How can the Catholic Church claim the ONLY rightful means to the Kingdom of God when it does not resemble the Holy Monarchy of the Kingdom of God, and does not place man, in right standing with the Will of God, in equal place with Jesus? Jesus stated his equality with man, and was the reconciler to the Kingdom of God. I do not see anywhere where there is equality within the Catholic church! Where’s the equality between membership? Where is the statements from the Pope that all believers are equal in Royal Status to Jesus in the Kingdom of God through the sacrifice that Jesus made? Sin is the thing that kept man from God. Since Jesus took away all sin, through no effort from any man, why aren’t you speaking about the return of those who believe in Jesus to the Kingdom of God and their returned status as Princesses and Princes within the Kingdom of God? My fraternity calls me a brother, and calls all men to become brothers - no matter race, creed, color, age, et cetera. Jesus called all people, Jew first and Gentile after, to become Princes and Princesses in the Kingdom of God! Why doesn’t the church work to tell people of their royal status…their royal birthright? Jesus placed and stated himself equal to his followers…he called them all bretheren and sisters!!! His sacrifice returned to all mankind the Kingdom of God. His words were to let people know that the Kingdom of God was at hand during his time of life. He returned all people to the Kingdom and for some reason the Catholic Church now only meets out people the Kingdom according to their adherance to church policy, doctrine and other legalistic hurdles. Jesus had no use for lawyers, and stated that God hates lawyers. Why does the Catholic church create laws to keep people in governmental check and ignorance? The Government of the Kingdom of God was not returned to man to create new layers of kingships between man and God. Isn’t the Pope a layer of kingship between man and God? Isn’t the Government of the Holy See a layer of bureaucracy between man and God? This is sacred scripture, yet it gets lost. It is the word of Jesus, and through Jesus the Word of God. Where does the catholic church stand on the status of man as brother to Jesus and therefore Children of God?

The Catholic Church has taught as far back as I have been able to determine that we are made adopted children of God by Baptism. We indeed become the brothers and sisters of Jesus Christ. In that Baptism rite we are also anointed into the roles of priest, prophet, and king just like our brother Jesus. You might ask why then is there a hierarchy? Quite simply, because as St. Paul teaches, the Holy Spirit brings different gifts and hence different roles to different people. Like the early Israelites we also have a special priestly class or group that offers the sacrifice. It was then based on being of a particular blood line, whereas in the Catholic Church any Catholic man who has the necessary qualities and is willing to be celibate and obey his bishop is able to be ordained into that special role.

Your fraternity compared to the Catholic Church is small potatos in membership which may make it physically possible for you to “rub noses” with all the members and officers, but I find it difficult to believe that all the rank and file members have the same roles to play and the same authority to act in the name of the fraternity in all matters.? I cannot think of a single human institution where that would be the case. Offices may be elective, but they are still offices.

I don’t know why you harbor what appears to be ill will to the Catholic Church, but I think that your diatribe, while perhaps appearing accurate to an outsider does not adequately describe the Church which is the mystical body of Christ. Do all the members of a body have the same function? Can you replace an ear with a toe or the heart with a stomach? No! What appears to be inequality before God the Father is difference in function.

If some Catholic has somehow “stepped on your toe” I apologize for that. In my opinion you have a very skewed view of the Church.🙂

Err, please use paragraphs in your future posts. Most of your brothers and sisters woudl find reading that a lot easier.

I think there is a fundamental flaw in your reasoning: that brotherhood equates to anarchistic equality. In Asian cultures today, as well as in semitic culture in the time of Jesus, there are different roles and responsibilties among the different children. For example, in the OT, the firstborn receives a double share of the blessings. That all Catholics are baptized into the family of God, and are brothers and sisters does not negate that some members of this family will have special roles such as bishops, priests etc.

Based on the OP’s prior posts, I expect he has dropped his bomb for this year on this forum and may not be back for quite some time.

Way too many questions here for us to answer. But I will say this.

Jesus is many things to a Christian. Foremost would be: our High Priest, King, and Savior. But, thru the H.S. … He is also our brother, counselor, closest friend and confidant. Jesus can be all things to all men. Whatever our true needs are … he can supply that need. He also prays to the Father on our behalf.

Your frat brothers can’t touch the fraternity you get in Christ and His Church. Christ is also 24-7 available to a Christian. Where will you find anyone that dependable ?

Once you experience love of Christ in ‘personal way’ … most of your questions above will not be so important to you. All of us are only one sincere prayer away from the Ultimate Fraternity.

Yes, we are all siblings in that relationship. We are all sons and daughters of God by virture of baptism. The hierarchy of the Church began in the beginning. We see structure in the Jerusalem Council of Acts 15. If they were all equal and in one respect, they were, there would not have been James leading the Council. Peter or the other disciples would not have been at the forefront of the preaching, teaching, and leadership of the early Church.

Based on the OP’s prior posts, I expect he has dropped his bomb for this year on this forum and may not be back for quite some time.
I find that a tendency that when a person’s religion is challenged, they will first seek to cut off dialogue. I minimize my dialogue so as not to prompt those specifically limited in the ability to engage to cut off or beliittle dialogue / opposing opinion / other’s statements.

I’ve talked to many Catholics over the years, and this unwillingness to test their faith through sharp discourse is a common theme. I don’t post often because I don’t want to be banned (I believe that there is a way for moderators to do such a thing here) for bringing up sharp and biting points.

I find that maintaining righteousness in the Kingdom of God and right standing with the King is much more difficult than any edicts given to those Catholic priesthood. Celibacy is easy, poverty is easy when you have billions of people supporting you (how “poor” are you, really?). The hard thing is to remain in constant communication with the King, which demands maintaining righteousness in every way…not just in ways regarding “sins.” I don’t have a robe, or a cross, a big hat, or some outward thing that lets you know that I am different from you. Isn’t that how Christ operated on Earth too?

My fraternity is something that is with me no matter what I wear, same too is my ambassadorship within the Kingdom.

I think that the idea, for any organization or church, that it is normal to fail to instill in all its members with the demand or impressed need for each and every member to prepare for every level of responsibility within the organization or church leaves it vulnerable to failure.

This I see as a difference between the church and the teaching of the Kingdom of God. I think that every member has the title and thus the responsibility. Taking the Catholic Church in this example - you are all Popes…and seeing yourself (or telling each other) anything less than that in that demand, limits your understanding of the structure of The Kingdom of God.

I see all citizenry within The Kingdom as truly equal - because it instills that awesome and grave responsibility in each. I believe that is what Christ teach as he spoke on more times than not about how hard it is to maintain righteousness in The Kingdom - and he didn’t teach this to Jewish Church elders, he taught this to the masses.

There is no anarchy in the Kingdom of God, there is no Democracy either.

My communication is directly with the King. He is available at all times and in every place. His son (my brother Jesus) was sent to reconcile me to that relationship with my Holy Father - The One Almighty God creator of the Universe.

From the posts I’ve read so far, It seems like everyone here understands the concept of being a Child of the Almighty God, but doesn’t realize it.

That is my charge…you gotta recognize WHAT you are. Otherwise you’re available for any lawyer/religion to talk you into “a Church,” where your birthright (through repentance / Jesus’s reconciling sacrifice) gives you full access to The Kingdom.

I think the question is…are you a Catholic first, or a Citizen of the Kingdom of God first?

If you say so, but I’ve been a member here since about six months after it was opened and have not seen any such.

I don’t see where anyone has done any of those things to you here in this thread especially. All they have asked is that you make the effort to compose your posts in a readable and cogent way that can be read with ease and facilitate a better response.

I see that you have done that in this post and I appreciate it.
I’ve talked to many Catholics over the years, and this unwillingness to test their faith through sharp discourse is a common theme.
I don’t buy that. I am of the opinion that generally it is most of the n-Cs/a-Cs that are unwilling to apply the same standards of inquiry into their own beliefs.

Are you willing to apply them to your own faith?

Sharp discourse? I face and refute anything that comes along. If you’ve been here as long as you infer that you have then you need only check my post history to confirm that “sharp discourse” is no problem to me. 🤷
I don’t post often because I don’t want to be banned (I believe that there is a way for moderators to do such a thing here) for bringing up sharp and biting points
. Right… Well the moderators only intervene when the Forum Rules and Banned Topics get violated and that only seems to happen when “sharp and biting points” becomes a euphemism for a scenario where someone bashes the Catholic faith without any respect or charity and expects that to pass for debate.
I find that maintaining righteousness in the Kingdom of God and right standing with the King is much more difficult than any edicts given to those Catholic priesthood.
Really? If you say so. Are you celibate yourself? Are you so committed to the Kingdom of God? Prove it.
Celibacy is easy, poverty is easy when you have billions of people supporting you (how “poor” are you, really?).
Again I ask, are you celibate in response to the direct teaching of Our Lord Jesus Christ and affirmed by St. Paul?

Poor enough, but I wager you make more than any of our priests.
The hard thing is to remain in constant communication with the King, which demands maintaining righteousness in every way…not just in ways regarding “sins.”
I wonder if you pray half as much as my parish priests do…or work anywhere as hard. I don’t know you and so I can’t say…but I do know them.
I don’t have a robe, or a cross, a big hat, or some outward thing that lets you know that I am different from you. Isn’t that how Christ operated on Earth too?
Oh but I have seen African Episcopal clergy and look at these pictures.:ehh: :hmmm:

My fraternity is something that is with me no matter what I wear, same too is my ambassadorship within the Kingdom.
And I find the same within our most holy faith, so what’s your point?
I think that the idea, for any organization or church, that it is normal to fail to instill in all its members with the demand or impressed need for each and every member to prepare for every level of responsibility within the organization or church leaves it vulnerable to failure.
Okay… just how does that supposedly relate to us Catholics?
This I see as a difference between the church and the teaching of the Kingdom of God. I think that every member has the title and thus the responsibility.
I can’t tell. Especially from the verifiable writings of the very earliest church fathers like St. Ignatius of Antioch. Look what he wrote!
See that ye all follow the bishop, even as Christ Jesus does the Father, and the presbytery as ye would the apostles. Do ye also reverence the deacons, as those that carry out[through their office] the appointment of God. Let no man do anything connected with the Church without the bishop. Let that be deemed a proper(18) Eucharist, which is [administered] either by the bishop, or by one to whom he has entrusted it. Wherever the bishop shall appear, there let the multitude[of the people] also be; by the bishop, or by one to whom he has entrusted it. Wherever the bishop shall appear, there let the multitude [of the people] also be; even as, wherever Jesus Christ is, there is the Catholic Church.Too bad that what you are saying is contrary both the the New Testament and the writings of the early church fathers who were taught by the apostle John himself.
Taking the Catholic Church in this example - you are all Popes
…and seeing yourself (or telling each other) anything less than that in that demand, limits your understanding of the structure of The Kingdom of God.Yeah, right. And where is this found in the Word of God again? Isn’t this the same errant doctrine that has precipitated the cascade of doctrinal errors that not only contradict the Bible but were never taught by Christians in the first 1500 years of their existence? I do believe it is!
I see all citizenry within The Kingdom as truly equal - because it instills that awesome and grave responsibility in each.
I believe that all faithful Catholics are all too well aware of their “awesome and grave responsibility” to follow the Lord Jesus Christ. As believers, we are all equal, but the Christian Church has never not been hierarchal. You’d know that if you read the New Testament more carefully and then checked the earliest church father’s writings.
I believe that is what Christ teach as he spoke on more times than not about how hard it is to maintain righteousness in The Kingdom - and he didn’t teach this to Jewish Church elders, he taught this to the masses.
I don’t think any of us will contest that the following of Christ is a challenge to say the least. What else would Our Lord have meant when He said “Then Jesus said to his disciples: If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.” (Matthew 16:24)
There is no anarchy in the Kingdom of God, there is no Democracy either.
Here again, I don’t think you’ll get an argument from faithful Catholics.
My communication is directly with the King. He is available at all times and in every place. His son (my brother Jesus) was sent to reconcile me to that relationship with my Holy Father - The One Almighty God creator of the Universe.
See my last comment…
From the posts I’ve read so far, It seems like everyone here understands the concept of being a Child of the Almighty God, but doesn’t realize it.
Odd, it seems to me that you have no real understanding of either real New Testament Christianity or the Catholic faith, which are one and the same. Stick around, there’s an education and conversion to be had here.
That is my charge…you gotta recognize WHAT you are. Otherwise you’re available for any lawyer/religion to talk you into “a Church,” where your birthright (through repentance / Jesus’s reconciling sacrifice) gives you full access to The Kingdom.
Here your rhetoric ceases to have an application to faithful Catholics
I think the question is…are you a Catholic first, or a Citizen of the Kingdom of God first?
Both!

Catechism of the Catholic Church:
871 “The Christian faithful are those who, inasmuch as they have been incorporated in Christ through Baptism, have been constituted as the people of God; for this reason, since they have become sharers in Christ’s priestly, prophetic, and royal office in their own manner, they are called to exercise the mission which God has entrusted to the Church to fulfill in the world, in accord with the condition proper to each one.”
and, like living stones, let yourselves be built into a spiritual house to be a holy priesthood to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. . . . But you are “a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people of his own, so that you may announce the praises” of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light. (1Pet 2:5;9)
872 “In virtue of their rebirth in Christ there exists among all the Christian faithful a true equality with regard to dignity and the activity whereby all cooperate in the building up of the Body of Christ in accord with each one’s own condition and function.”
Indeed, the parts of the body that seem to be weaker are all the more necessary, and those parts of the body that we consider less honorable we surround with greater honor, and our less presentable parts are treated with greater propriety, whereas our more presentable parts do not need this. But God has so constructed the body as to give greater honor to a part that is without it, so that there may be no division in the body, but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. If (one) part suffers, all the parts suffer with it; if one part is honored, all the parts share its joy. (1 Cor 12:22-26)
873 The very differences which the Lord has willed to put between the members of his body serve its unity and mission. For “in the Church there is diversity of ministry but unity of mission. To the apostles and their successors Christ has entrusted the office of teaching, sanctifying and governing in his name and by his power. But the laity are made to share in the priestly, prophetical, and kingly office of Christ; they have therefore, in the Church and in the world, their own assignment in the mission of the whole People of God.” Finally, “from both groups [hierarchy and laity] there exist Christian faithful who are consecrated to God in their own special manner and serve the salvific mission of the Church through the profession of the evangelical counsels.”
Now you are Christ’s body, and individually parts of it. Some people God has designated in the church to be, first, apostles; second, prophets; third, teachers; then, mighty deeds; then, gifts of healing, assistance, administration, and varieties of tongues. Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work mighty deeds? Do all have gifts of healing? Do all speak in tongues? Do all interpret? Strive eagerly for the greatest spiritual gifts. But I shall show you a still more excellent way.(1 Cor 12:27-31)

Peace,

Ryan 🙂

The very good question to ask is WHAT IS THE WILL OF GOD?

If we look at the Book of Luke, the angel Gabriel was sent by God the Father. The angel Gabriel, of course is a messenger. He will only do or say God’s Will. And has anyone realized how important is the greeting of the Angel to Mary? The angel greeted Her, which we should understand is what the Father wanted the angel to do. The angel said : “Hail!”, “Full of Grace, the Lord is with you!”. This is the greeting the Father wanted the angel to give Her. He wanted the angel to salute Her, which is tantamount to honoring Her.

If we continue reading the same Gospel of Luke, when Mary visited Her Cousin Elizabeth. The latter was filled with the Holy Spirit and started uttering : “Blessed Art Thou amongst women, and Blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb!”. Isn’t it obvious? God - The Holy Spirit inspired Elizabeth to greet Mary in this way, in order to bless and honor her.

And the Word (Jesus - Son of God) became flesh (thru His Mother Mary) and dwelt amongst us. He preached us to “Honor your Father and your Mother”. Who is Jesus’ Mother? Isn’t it Mary. Of course, He would honor his Mother first before teaching this.

So you see, The Father wanted to honor Mary, The Holy Spirit wanted to honor and bless Mary, and The Son would definitely want to honor His Mother. It means the Holy Trinity willed it that this woman be blessed and honored. If we wanted to do the will of God, why not start by blessing and honoring Her.

Pray the Rosary therefore, and bless Her. Certainly, we will receive abundant graces thru Her.

sometimes students of the mind become so educated that they educate themselves right out of salvation. and it’s not their fault. it really isn’t. they have the fallen one as their mentor and father , the most intelligent of the angels, lucifer. he, who said " i will not serve."

interestingly, the Nazarene says to us: “But i am amongst you as one who serves.” the contrast is unmistakable, leading us to know that at the very heart of salvation is love and humility.

the bible is like a great athlete. you get out of it what you bring to it. think of your particular thoughts and you will know whom to call father.

…Poor enough, but I wager you make more than any of our priests. I wonder if you pray half as much as my parish priests do…or work anywhere as hard. I don’t know you and so I can’t say…but I do know them.Oh but I have seen African Episcopal clergy and look at these pictures.:ehh: :hmmm:

You’re pretty good at trying to hack me to pieces and attempt to discredit me by using fallacy, innuendo and impossible situations.
"Are you celibate yourself? Are you so committed to the Kingdom of God? Prove it…I wager you make more than any of our priests.
If anything, I can prove you don’t know God through your proposing of a wager… The Romans wagered who would get Jesus’s clothes.
“I wonder if you pray half as much as my parish priests do.”
I have to follow the word: 1 Thessalonians CH5:17 Pray without ceasing. So that’s what I do. You wouldn’t know this because I also follow Matthew Ch. 6:1 “Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.” I’m not Episcopalian…I’m not religious at all. Religion is not part of what Christ gave to Man. If Christ was about his religion, then you would be accepting Judaism, and through Christ would have been received under Judaism. I’d be surprised if you actually understood the New Testament because you’re very focused on your religion. Do you think that Jews understood the Old Testament? If you do, then you would be missing the fact that they missed Jesus because they couldn’t see the forest for the trees. Jesus said to Mankind, you are my brothers and sisters if you do the will of my father (Matt 12:50 /Mark 3:35), therefore putting me at equal footing as Jesus- because that’s where JESUS put me. That’s where Jesus returned you to as well, equal in status, Son of the King - as long as you do the Will of God. There is no “Greater than” or “Less than” in the Kingdom of God. The Priests are Kings, and the Kings are Priests. They are all Equal. So why is the church different? You cannot be beholden to a religion and beholden to God. When your religion speaks against the Kingdom of God and expects you to treat others differently, to change your perception of other people as not belonging to the Kingdom - no matter how misguided or misled… What will happen is that you’ll find all kinds of people have been blessed and will receive the covering of the lamb…even though they’re not Catholic, and you might even find that some Catholics just don’t understand Jesus… When we leave this Earth, and a New Earth is to come, it will be harder for you than it will be for me to accept that God loves ALL of his children, and will protect them as long as they recognize him as God. You might be hurt to find even your greatest current human enemy will be there right along your side, and in your face…because there is to be no hate in God’s Kingdom, and you’re just gonna have to deal with it.

Now, see! THIS is what I’m talking about!!! Subservant position in the Kingdom is not God’s purpose or Plan, nor is it Jesus’s teaching, but here it is… We accept Christ as Saviour and Brother having only God above us. With SISTER Mary as our dear sister of great honor, but still a SISTER. That goes against the Catholic faith having Mary as EQUAL to YOU. Funny thing is…Jesus made you equal to Mary and to himself, and anything against that goes against God’s plan for you… Jesus was INFALLABLE…and in his word for you as a Brother or Sister is truth beyond your Catholic Faith…It’s beyond this Earth… Jesus’s truth is beyond the Universe because it is held to be true by God Almighty.

If you don’t like people pointing out your posting history, change your name.
I’ve talked to many Catholics over the years, and this unwillingness to test their faith through sharp discourse is a common theme.
You want some sharp discourse? Ask a question. If you can’t create a well-formed question, simply trying to WRITE FEWER WORDS PER POSTING is the next best thing. 🙂
I don’t post often because I don’t want to be banned (I believe that there is a way for moderators to do such a thing here) for bringing up sharp and biting points.
We love “sharp and biting points” here, my friend!

It is a sensible thing to do, though, to ban people who don’t know how to converse with their fellow human beings.

Now, give us a well formed question that you can follow up with other questions so that we may converse and get you closer to what you’d like to understand better.

Thanks. 🙂

Ah. Fundamentalist Minimalist (where he gets to pick the particular “minimalism”), apparently.

Only God is God. God is God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.

The angels are angelic persons, but not human in any way.

Jesus is fully God and fully man.

All God’s created persons are equal, and some are endowed with more graces than others.

Do you have a problem with any of these truths?

OK boogablue You’ve related your misguided diatribe so ergo-WHAT"S YOUR POINT! Reads like stream of consciousness or mental meanderings. But something to put your finger on? no,no.!Please attempt to make these ramblings into a cohesive thought. Good Luck!😃

boogablue,
You’re injecting a Western 21st century idea where it is not originally present. One should NOT merely read the Bible in a modern context as if it is something that is written yesterday; rather, in order to understand the Bible better, one should take note of the context in which the Bible was written (the Middle East) and read it according to the context of said Middle Eastern cultures.

You seem to be advocating a sort of Democracy here, but remember the context in which Jesus said those words (1st century Palestine). Back then, many ancient cultures have no idea of democracy like modern-day Westerns do. No one is ‘equal’ in the sense of ‘anarchistic equality’.

In Semitic cultures (where Jesus lived), older siblings are treated in a more prominent manner than the younger ones. For example, being the firstborn son gets you all the privileges (such as inheriting the best of your dad’s property) and the duty of being the successor to your father, something that the other siblings, especially the younger ones, would not share (thus, when the Bible records about a younger son becoming more preeminent than the elder ones, say Jacob or Joseph, those were the exceptions to the rule of the day)!

While Jesus shared our humanity, and in one sense, became ‘equal’ to us, He is God’s ‘firstborn’ Son, and thus He occupies a very special and privileged position than us, the adopted sons and daughters of God (by virtue of Baptism).

Also, while (like the Israelites of old) we are, in a sense, a kingdom of priests and a holy nation (1 Peter 2:9, cf. Exodus 19:6), this ‘priesthood of believers’ is a different sort from the ministerial priesthood.

Let’s take this case for example. As mentioned above, in Exodus 19 God says these words to the Israelites: “You will be to me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation”. However, He later confers to Aaron’s descendants the position of ‘priests’ (Kohanim; cf. Exodus 28:1-4).

These priests descended from Aaron are the only ones who could perform most of the various rituals in the Tabernacle, and later the Temple in Jerusalem, such as the daily sacrifices or the priestly blessings (though some jobs in the Temple, such as washing the hands and feet of the priests before services, providing music and songs to accompany Temple services or guarding the Temple and the Temple Mount are filled in by the Levites who are not descended from Aaron).

How could these jobs be limited to those who are physically descended from Aaron or are members of the tribe of Levi if the Israelites are a ‘kingdom of priests’? Shouldn’t they all have the right to offer their own sacrifices or confer blessings to others, since they are all ‘equal’? How unjust of the Israelites!

I do not know what kind of Fraternity you belong. Is it ZIONIST? MASON? or newer version/branch of this sort. The reason I am asking this has something to do with the MOTIVE OF YOUR ORGANIZATION. I read somewhere that these organizations where formed to negate the Catholic Church, disprove everything it is doing, and hamper its growth. If that is also your purpose, then there is no point in talking to you because you cannot destroy the Church established by the Lord, because Jesus said “And the Gates of Hades will NOT OVERCOME IT” (Matthew 16:17-19). Unless you would say “YOUR BROTHERHOOD” is greater than the Gates of Hell, then that is another story.

And when was your organization formed? 1200’s, 1800’s, 1900’s or only last year?

Consider the words the Lord Jesus said about the last days, "**Watch out that no one deceives you. For many **(Preachers, Brotherhood, Fraternity, Religion, Sect) **will come in my name, **claiming “I am the Christ” (saying they have the right brotherhood, fraternity, and right teachings of Christ), and will deceive many (souls).(Matthew 24:4)

After reading these passages, I was amazed how the Lord has disclosed the future. If we look around, so many Chirstian sects, fraternity, organizations were formed “IN JESUS’ NAME”. EVERYONE is claiming they have the WAY, TRUTH AND SALVATION with them.

But did not the Lord warn us… “WATCH OUT!”

Where is the true FAITH then? It is in the Church, which was established by Christ Himself 2000 YEARS AGO, headed by Peter, which was not and will never be overcome by Satan’s Deceit, for generations to come…the Church which was not formed only recently…

…It is in the Holy Catholic Church…

If you could not grasp the teachings (Holy Order of Priesthood, Holy Spirit, Eucharist, Blessed Virgin Mary, Confession, etc.) of the Holy Catholic Church, the way we Catholics understand it, then you should pray to your God, to lead you to the true path.

May the Peace, Love and Mercy of the Lord Jesus and the Blessed Mother Mary be granted to your soul.

Truly Yours,

A Slave of Christ thru Mary who was delivered from Satan’s Nest by the Holy Rosary.

in reading your bible, you only draw out what moral virtue you have to date. the problem is how did that virtue evolve.

more heart and less intellect seems to do. while you debate if the glass is half full or half empty, you neglect to gather.

Doing God’s will also concerns following what Christ has told us we need to do for salvation. Consider what Christ said in John 6:

I am the living bread that came down from heaven; whoever eats this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give is my flesh for the life of the world."
52
The Jews quarreled among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us (his) flesh to eat?”
53
Jesus said to them, "Amen, amen, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you do not have life within you.
54
Whoever eats 19 my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him on the last day.
55
For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink.
56
Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me and I in him.

also consider this passage from Luke 18:

An official asked him this question, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
19
Jesus answered him, “Why do you call me good? No one is good but God alone.
20
You know the commandments, ‘You shall not commit adultery; you shall not kill; you shall not steal; you shall not bear false witness; honor your father and your mother.’”
21
And he replied, “All of these I have observed from my youth.”
22
5 When Jesus heard this he said to him, “There is still one thing left for you: sell all that you have and distribute it to the poor, and you will have a treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me.”
23
But when he heard this he became quite sad, for he was very rich.
24
Jesus looked at him (now sad) and said, “How hard it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God!
25
For it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.”
26
Those who heard this said, “Then who can be saved?”
27
And he said, “What is impossible for human beings is possible for God.”
28
Then Peter said, “We have given up our possessions and followed you.”
29
He said to them, “Amen, I say to you, there is no one who has given up house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God
30
who will not receive (back) an overabundant return in this present age and eternal life in the age to come.”
