Hi everyone,
My parish has a young adult group. We do all kinds of things, ranging from faith formation and prayer and Scripture study, to charity works such as feeding the homeless, to social activities like pizza and game nights, watching movies, and having retreats. We had a seminarian as an intern to lead the group, but he is leaving, and so the lay members of our group are going to have to take charge. We are trying to invite more people, expand our activities, and evangelize and help young adults in our parish grow closer to Jesus, as well as interacting and collaborating with similar groups in other parishes in our archdiocese. Please pray that we are successful in evangelizing and bringing more people into contact and intimacy with Jesus Christ and the Church.
