My current prayer schedule, always subject to revision, is as follows. This is for your amusement ONLY. I am a long way from being a Spiritual Guru. Trust me on this. My cats still do not come to me when I call them
DR = Daily Reader. Any book with 365/366 brief entries.
MATINS: About 15 minutes. 1221 prayers, DR “Every day is a Gift”. Other brief prayers
LAUDS: About 30 minutes. LOTH Morning Prayer, Office of eadings, and Daytime Prayer.
PRIME: About 15 minutes. MAGNIFICAT magazine.
TIERCE: About 10 minutes. DR “In Conversation With God”. Other brief prayers.
SEXT: About 5 minutes. DR “Benedictus”. Other brief prayers
NONE: About 5 minutes. DR “Praying With Saint Paul”. Other brief prayers
VESPERS: About 20 Minutes. LOTH Evening Prayer and Night Prayer
VIGILS: About 5 minutes. DR “Divine Intimacy”
COMPLINE: About 5 minutes. 1221 and other brief prayers, ending with “Now I lay me down to sleep…”.:heaven:
Timetable: Matins before going to my noon AA meeting. Lauds before leaving for work at 2 PM. Prime during 1st coffee break at work, about 5 PM.
Tierce, Sext, and None during my lunch period. 
Vespers at home around 12:30 AM. :yawn: Vigils about 1:30 AM, and Compline in bed at 2 AM.
