Forgiveness after a vasectomy?

10 years ago I had a vasectomy. I know this is a mortal sin. I since grown in faith and understand the severity of this sin. I have confessed my regret in reconciliation and done the penance requested by the priest. Is there a way to recieve and indulgence for this mortal sin? Should I get a reversal. Is it too late for me.
